each additional person    180,- Euro   

Final cleaning:  150,- Euro

For longer terms rental we provide following reductions:
4 weeks  -10% 
6 weeks  -15%
8 weeks  -20%

Long term rentals are possible, rates upon request.    

We require a refundable breakages deposit of Euro 500, this will be repaid on your departure day minus any deductions.
For damaged articles the tenant is responsible.
